ARNAZ Automotive, inc is seeking a strong, motivated, and experienced individual to join our  team as the Controller. This individual is accountable for all financial operations. This includes the financial reports, maintaining accounting records, internal controls, and budgeting designed to mitigate risk and enhance profitabilty.  The Controller provides support and analysis to assist the VP in making business decisions consistent with company goals. 
 
 
Job Duties 

  • Managing all operations in the accounting department, including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledgers, cost accounting, revenue recognition and inventory accounting
  • Manage 
  • Manage, review financial reports and statements.
  • Manage A/P and A/R
  • Assist with monthly balance sheet account reconciliation and research for accounts.
  • Provide financial budgeting & planning 
  • Monitor and track monthly expenditures, identify opportunities to reduce costs and increase profit.
  • Oversee inventory process at each facility.
  • Manage accounting team by supporting and filling in as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, Municipal/Local income, payroll and property taxes. 
  • Establish and maintain systems and controls that verify the integrity of all systems, processes and data, while safeguarding company assets 
  • Respond to VP as assigned with accurate and timely work to facilitate his financial needs. 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5-7 years at a senior accounting / controllership level
  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, and Sage
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proven experience in financial management and control
  • Excellent Process documentation creation
Compensation: $99,400.00 - $136,000.00 per year
