Locally owned and operated Midas Auto Service in Spartanburg is looking to add an Assistant Service Manager / Advisor as we continue to grow our location into the "Dealership Alternative" for the Spartanburg area.

Responsibilities
As an automotive service manager / advisor at our shop, you will work together with other team members and assist the business owner with the daily operations of the shop. These responsibilities would include:
- Greeting customers and delivering exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers.
- Oversee vehicle inspections and then make comprehensive recommendations for the customer's vehicle service needs.
- Discuss pricing estimates with customers as well as promoting shop service specials.
- Help lead, manage, and train team while keeping in tune with our companies’ vision, purpose and core values.
- Sourcing and ordering parts needed for completion of services and repairs as required.
- Overall cleanliness and organization of the facility.
- Assist the shop Business Owner in all areas of daily operations as directed.
- Following up with customers, services requested, estimated completion times etc.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of automotive service or repair experience.
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
- Excellent customer service disposition.
- Good communication skills.
- Leadership ability.
- Strong telephone skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays.
- Valid driver’s license.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
