Delaney Tire & Auto is seeking a driven, experienced leader with an entrepreneurial mindset to oversee daily shop operations and grow into a full Store Manager role. This position is responsible for the overall performance of the store—including profitability, team leadership, customer experience, and operational excellence.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, schedule, and develop a high-performing service team
- Consult with customers on vehicle inspections, service recommendations, and pricing
- Manage store financials, including P&L performance and sales goals
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and basic accounting functions
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant facility
- Drive customer retention and build long-term relationships
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of store or automotive service management experience
- Strong automotive knowledge and comfort with POS/shop management systems
- Proven ability to lead, hire, and coach a team to meet performance goals
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- College degree or relevant coursework is a plus
