Responsibilities
As a Midas automotive Service Advisor, you will assist in directing all automotive and general service technicians in the operation of the shop, including:
- Deliver exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers
- Following up with customers, services requested, estimated completion times etc.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- A minimum of 1 year of point of sale experience
- Some general automotive knowledge
- Excellent customer service disposition
- Good communication skills
- Leadership ability
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including Saturdays
- Valid driver’s license
Compensation: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
