Automotive Technician Responsibilities:
Automotive Technician Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair automotive vehicles
- Perform routine vehicle tune-ups and maintenance
- Provide labor and time estimates for automotive repairs
- Inspect and test new vehicles for necessary adjustments
- Follows recommended service procedures, utilizing Service Manuals, Computer Diagnostic systems, Technical Service Bulletins, and Technical Support to "Fix It Right The 1st Time"
- Attend paid training as necessary to increase quality and efficiency
Automotive Technician Qualifications:
- 5+ years previous experience as an automotive technician in shop environment
- Knowledge of diagnostic and repair equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Professional appearance and personality, positive attitude, a strong work ethic with integrity beyond reproach, good verbal and written communication skills, technology-minded, commitment to learn, train and work as a team to achieve desired results.
Compensation: 50,000 - 80,000
