At Midas we are dedicated to providing quality services to customer vehicles in the areas of inspection, diagnosis and repair utilizing the expertise attained through ASE Certifications and/or years of automotive repair experience.
We are looking for customer service representatives that are able to work independently of others, while also being able to work collaboratively at times with peers. We have a full-service facility and we are looking for someone to keep up with the fast pace of the shop to help us create an environment of success!
Responsibilities
As a Midas Customer Service Representative, you will be performing the following duties:
- Deliver exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers
- Following up with customers, services requested, estimated completion times etc.
- Lead, manage, and train team while keeping in tune with our companies’ vision, purpose, core values, and employee creed
- Write up vehicles for multi-point inspections
- Schedule appointments and answer phones
- Overall cleanliness and organization of the facility
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service disposition
- Good communication skills
- Leadership ability
- Team building skills
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays
- Valid driver’s license
Compensation: $16.35 - $22.00 per hour
