Our Service Writers and Advisors are the communication bridge between our customers and our technicians. You should possess great communication skills and have a working knowledge of the basics of auto repair and maintenance.

You should possess great communication skills and have a working knowledge of the basics of auto repair and maintenance.
Key responsibilities include:
- handling customer calls and interactions
- explaining recommended service and the reasoning for those recommendation
- ability to source and price necessary parts
- interest in finding solutions for our customers
- supporting multiple stores
* Ideal candidates will have previous experience related to automobile repair sales.
