As a Service Writer/Advisor, you will be joining the highest performing team in the Midas system. Our Service Writers and Advisors are the communication bridge between our customers and our technicians. You should possess great communication skills and have a working knowledge of the basics of auto repair and maintenance.

As a Service Writer/Advisor, you will be joining the highest performing team in the Midas system. You should possess great communication skills and have a working knowledge of the basics of auto repair and maintenance.
Key responsibilities include:
- handling customer calls and interactions
- explaining recommended service and the reasoning for those recommendation
- ability to source and price necessary parts
- interest in finding solutions for our customers
- supporting multiple stores
* Ideal candidates will have previous experience related to automobile repair sales.
Compensation: $65,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
