A Floating Manager/Manager Trainee is responsible for establishing and maintaining customer services

environmental compliance, leadership, inventory, expense control, human resources management, and

Supervisory Responsibility
This position manages all employees of the shop and is responsible for the performance and staffing of the
employees within that shop.
Work Environment
This job operates in an automotive retail and repair environment.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear clearly. This
position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and
climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities
required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and
ability to adjust focus.
Travel
This position requires up to 90% travel between stores.
Compensation: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
