ARNAZ Automotive Group is a family-owned company founded in 2013, We are a multi-unit Tire & Auto Service retailer dedicated to providing quality service with a unique customer experience that exceeds expectations

Duties Include:

Managing daily operations of the accounting/admin department, such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
Check the accuracy of business transactions
Respond to supplier inquiries and correspondences via phone and email
Process weekly check runs matching invoices to checks
Coordinate and prepare month-end reconciliations for all accounts and physical inventory
Analyzes and organizes office operations and procedures.
Perform various administrative duties requested by the General Manager

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail, sense of urgency, and ability to produce high-quality work while under deadline pressure
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Strong multi-tasking skills
Strong organizational and follow-up abilities

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $71,928.00 per year
