ARNAZ Towing is one of the fastest-growing roadside assistance providers in Metro Detroit.  We perform light duty towing and emergency roadside services to stranded motorists.

 
Roadside Assistance Technician Responsibilities:
.
  • Roadside Assistance services: Tire Changes, Lockouts, Battery Install, Jump Starts, Fuel Delivery, etc.
  • Troubleshoot and perform light service repairs using scanners and other tools.
  • Provide customer service, communicate and accommodate customers
  • Battery testing, and on-site battery replacement/installation
  • Meet Service level agreements, assigned ETA's
  • Maintains equipment in good safe working order; maintains an inventory of tools and products to ensure all service calls can be completed.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years towing and/or Roadside Assistance experience required.
  • General knowledge and/or experience in automotive repair
  • A Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented, high energy, and the willingness to succeed

Compensation: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
