ARNAZ Automotive Group is a family-owned company founded in 2013, We are a multi-unit Tire & Auto Service retailer dedicated to providing quality service with a unique customer experience that exceeds expectations.

The Sales & Service Specialist is a positive, high-energy, customer-focused position in a fast-paced tire and automotive service facility. This role is primarily responsible for servicing customers by assessing needs, recommending products and/or services, performing entry-level vehicle services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through thorough and timely completion of services

What you'll do: 
  • Build customer relationships
  • Deliver exceptional customer service 
  • Assist in all aspects of store operations and flex between front/back shop tasks
  • Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks: Tires, Battery, Oil, etc.
  • Store operations, opening/closing, inventory, displays- as-needed basis
  • Assist in directing the workflow in the service department
  • Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks

Qualifications
  • Retail sales and/or customer service experience
  • Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally 
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings
  • Valid driver’s license

Compensation: $52,784.00 - $66,400.00 per year
