We are seeking skilled Automotive Technicians/Mechanics who can work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members. As a full-service facility, we are committed to creating an environment where motivated professionals can thrive and succeed.
Responsibilities
As an Automotive Technician at Delaney Tire and Auto, you will perform a wide range of diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance services, including:
- Diagnostics using state-of-the-art computer systems
- Tire installation and repair
- Heating and air conditioning systems
- Steering and suspension systems
- Belts and hoses
- Radiator and engine cooling systems
- Batteries, starting and charging systems
- Brake systems and brake repair
- Oil changes and preventative maintenance
- Check engine light diagnostics
- Muffler and exhaust services
- Visual safety and courtesy inspections
Qualifications
- Ability to repair vehicles independently and work effectively in a team environment
- Strong knowledge of brakes, exhaust, suspension, and engine diagnostics
- Proven track record of high productivity
- Understanding of safety and environmental standards for repair facilities
- Experience using shop equipment (vehicle lifts, tire machines, alignment machines, scan tools, etc.)
- High School Diploma or equivalent (technical degree a plus)
- State-specific auto repair certifications (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license
- Own tools/equipment (diagnostic scanner preferred)
- Ability to service both foreign and domestic vehicles
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
