Welcome to Midas of Westmont
We are a locally owned auto repair business with corporate support. I run this shop like a mom & pop shop-know your customers and always put their interests first over profit. We are a 6 bay shop full of the latest equipment--digital video inspections, tires-alignments, air conditioning (both R134A & R1234YF) We work a 5 day work week-business is open 6 days a week-so you have a guaranteed day of the week that you will be off so you can schedule your life accordingly. Insurance provided by Blue Cross/Blue Shield and has dental and vision.
Business hours for work--Monday-Friday 7:30 am to 5:30 pm with a 30 minute lunch taken whenever time allows. Saturday-8 am to 1 pm.
Midas is a top 500 business franchise (#103 in 2023) and is growing stronger and bigger every year--volume of the shop has been increasing almost 10% every year. We are a busy shop, but always have plenty of down time to clear your head.
Pay and commission is based upon experience and productivity. Our staff has 2 employees that have been with the company over 25 years, so it's definitely a home for the right people.
