What We're Looking For:
Proven ability to independently repair vehicles and thrive in a team-oriented shop.
Expertise in brakes, exhaust, suspension, and engine diagnostics.
Strong track record of high personal productivity.
Commitment to safety and environmental standards in auto repair.
Experience using shop equipment (lifts, tire changers, alignment machines, scan tools, etc.).
High School Diploma or equivalent; technical degree is a plus.
State-specific auto repair certifications.
Valid driver’s license.
Your own tools/equipment (diagnostic scanner preferred).
Ability to service both foreign and domestic vehicles.
