What We’re Looking For:

Independent and Team-Oriented: You can tackle repairs solo and thrive in a collaborative environment.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in automotive brakes, exhaust, suspension, and engine diagnostics.
Productivity Pro: A proven track record of high personal productivity.
Safety Commitment: Strong knowledge of safety and environmental standards in repair facilities.
Hands-On Experience: Familiarity with shop equipment, including lifts, tire changers, alignment machines, and scan tools.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent; a technical degree is a plus. Own tools (diagnostic scanner/tools preferred) are required.
Versatile Skills: Ability to service both foreign and domestic vehicles.
