- Perform accurate diagnostics and testing on vehicle systems including:
Cooling systems
Starting and charging systems
Air conditioning systems
Engine performance and drivability - Handle exhaust and muffler repairs.
- Carry out scheduled maintenance, oil changes, and courtesy inspections.
- Conduct routine scheduled maintenance services.
- Perform tire installations, balancing, and wheel alignments.
- Operate and maintain shop lifts, tools, equipment, and machinery safely and effectively.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience as an automotive technician.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong diagnostic skills for a variety of automotive systems.
- Experience with both foreign and domestic vehicles.
- Possession of personal tools is required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; ASE certification(s) a plus, but not required.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, bending, reaching, and walking.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
