Are you an experienced automotive technician who thrives on variety, flexibility, and problem-solving? Join our team as a Floating Technician, where you’ll travel between stores to fill in, cover shifts, and tackle tough challenges wherever needed.

💰 Earn Up to 17% Commission + Hourly Guarantee!

What You’ll Do:

Travel to different store locations to assist with inspections, diagnostics, and repairs
Perform a variety of services including tire services, heating & A/C, brakes, and more
Troubleshoot and resolve complex repair issues across locations
Use cutting-edge diagnostic tools to deliver top-quality service
Be a team player, supporting shops and helping them meet their goals

What We’re Looking For:

Proven ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new environments
Strong knowledge of brakes, exhaust, suspension, and general repairs
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Own tools and equipment
