About the Role:
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be a key player in providing our customers with the trusted, dealership-quality experience they deserve. You’ll ensure every customer has a seamless and positive service experience, from their first interaction to the final handoff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and professionally, making them feel valued and welcome.
  • Listen to customer concerns, inspect vehicles, and provide accurate service recommendations.
  • Prepare estimates and clearly explain necessary repairs in a customer-friendly manner.
  • Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs.
  • Follow up with customers to provide updates on vehicle status and address any questions.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and repairs.
  • Help maintain a clean and organized front office and waiting area.
  • Uphold Midas’ commitment to exceptional customer service at all times.
What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor, customer service representative, or in a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic automotive knowledge is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate.
  • Familiarity with scheduling software and automotive repair systems is a bonus.
  • A positive attitude and commitment to providing top-notch customer service.
