Must have automotive repair experience.
Must be willing to travel between stores on a daily basis.

 
 
Automotive Managers in Training/General Service Technicians is a "hybrid" role in both the front and back shop.  This position is a Store Manager developmental role, but will occasionally involve performing oil changes and basic maintenance service while also training to handle phone calls, set appointments, service write, sell and interact with customers.  
 

Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of store or service manager experience is preferred but not required
  • General automotive knowledge
  • Excellent customer service disposition
  • Good communication skills
  • Leadership ability
  • Team building skills
  • Ability to follow directions & process
  • Ability to use computers & software
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays
  • Valid driver’s license
