At Midas we are dedicated to providing quality services to customer vehicles in the areas of inspection, diagnosis and repair utilizing the expertise attained years of automotive repair experience. After 10 years our Service Advisor in Glenwood Springs, CO is retiring, we are looking for the right person to fill the Service Writer/Advisor position and direct the service department activities of a retail store engaged in selling tires and related automotive parts and mechanical services. This position is a developmental role for a very busy 7 Bay shop grossing over 1.25 million annually. We value our employees and have a stable work force. The manager has been there for 32+ years to assist you along with at least 3 mechanics with almost a decade of service each.
This is a perfect opportunity for a self-motivated go getter as you have a solid base pay and can earn % of what you sell so the sky's the limit on earnings. .

Qualifications
- General automotive knowledge
- Excellent customer service disposition
- Good communication skills
- Team building skills
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays
- Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Exceptional customer service!
- Contact customers, with required services requested, estimated completion times etc.
- Deliver and discuss pricing estimates with customers as well as promoting shop service specials
- Maintain inventory counts
- Overall cleanliness and organization of the facility
