PAY: $50-60K Plus Bonuses based on performance. Pay subject to experience.

We’re on the hunt for Automotive Service Managers to lead and manage our retail store. You’ll be in charge of all the service department activities, including:
- - Overseeing all the automotive technicians in the shop ensuring efficiently and quality work.
- - Performing complete vehicle inspections and making detailed repair recommendations.
- - Discussing pricing estimates with customers and promoting shop service specials.
- - Leading, managing, and training your team to ensure they’re the best they can be.
- - Supervising up to 5 employees and ensuring they’re meeting their performance goals.
- - Overseeing the technicians’ inspections, diagnosing, and repairing domestic.
- - Maintaining inventory counts and keeping the facility clean and organized.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- To be successful in this role, you’ll need at least two years of experience as a Store or Service Manager/Assistant Manager. You’ll also need a good understanding of automotive repair, excellent customer service skills, good communication skills, leadership abilities, and a valid driver’s license.
