We’re looking for an experienced Automotive Repair Shop Manager to lead our fast-paced repair shop.   • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate a team of automotive technicians to achieve high-quality repairs and exceed performance goals.

  • Facility & Inventory Management: Maintain an organized and efficient shop environment and ensure inventory levels meet the demands of daily operations.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in automotive repair shop management or service writing.

  • Proven leadership skills – Experience managing a team of technicians and driving business performance.

  • Process-Driven – Ability to follow the established processes to ensure the shop runs smoothly and efficiently.

  • Valid Driver’s License.
