About the Role:
Join Midas Scarborough-New Market-Markham as an Auto Repair Store Manager, where you’ll lead a dynamic team in delivering exceptional automotive service. Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the auto repair shop, ensuring efficiency and quality service.
  • Manage and train staff, fostering a positive work environment and enhancing team performance.
  • Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order parts and supplies as needed.
  • Prepare financial reports and manage budgets to meet company goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automotive technology.
  • Must have mechanic licence
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in automotive repair management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • ASE certification or equivalent is preferred.
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes.
  • Ability to manage budgets and financial reports effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
