About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at Midas Scarborough-New Market-Markham as a Lube Oil Change Tech! In this exciting role, you'll play a crucial part in providing top-notch vehicle maintenance services and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Perform oil changes and fluid checks efficiently and accurately.
- Inspect vehicles for additional service needs and communicate findings to customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and tools.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with clients.
- Assist in training new team members on best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in vehicle maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; automotive experience is a plus.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance practices.
