ARNAZ Automotive Group is a family-owned company founded in 2013, We are a multi-unit Tire & Auto Service retailer dedicated to providing quality service with a unique customer experience that exceeds expectations.

The Service Advisor is a positive, high-energy, customer-focused position in a fast-paced tire and automotive service facility. This role is primarily responsible for servicing customers by assessing needs, recommending products and/or services, performing entry-level vehicle services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through thorough and timely completion of services

What you'll do: 
  •  Greet customers, listen to concerns, and gather vehicle information clearly and professionally.
  • Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines, inspection results, and technician input.
  • Provide clear, accurate estimates and explain services to customers in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Communicate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of work.
  • Manage the repair order process from write-up to invoicing and payment.
  • Maintain high standards of organization, cleanliness, and professionalism at the front desk.
  • Upsell additional services such as tires, flushes, wipers, brakes, and other preventive maintenance.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs for service categories.

Qualifications
  •  Prior experience in automotive service writing or customer service preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic automotive knowledge and a passion for the industry.
  • High integrity, attention to detail, and a sales-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable using point-of-sale software and digital inspection tools.
  • Valid driver’s license required.

Compensación: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
