What You’ll Do

  • Own the counter. Drive sales in tires, maintenance, and repair services by leading with confidence, trust, and knowledge.

  • Lead from the front. Coach and motivate technicians and service advisors to exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

  • Set the standard. Deliver 5-star customer experiences built on transparency, integrity, and value.

  • Develop your team. Build a culture of accountability, energy, and growth.

  • Think like an owner. Manage workflow, quality control, and profitability as if it’s your own shop — because it soon could be.

  • Keep the momentum. Identify sales opportunities, monitor KPIs, and act quickly to correct course when needed.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of proven success in automotive service, retail, or store management.

  • A track record of sales leadership — not just taking orders, but creating opportunities and closing deals.

  • Strong communication and people skills — you know how to motivate and connect.

  • General automotive knowledge and a passion for customer satisfaction.

  • A valid driver’s license and the flexibility to travel within your assigned region.
