Position Summary

We’re looking for an experienced Lead Mechanic to join our Midas team! The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic skills, leadership experience, and a passion for delivering top-quality automotive service. You’ll help manage day-to-day shop operations, support and train technicians, and ensure customer satisfaction.

 Midas (Orlando) is looking for a Lead Mechanic who’s not just great with tools — but great with people.

💪 What You’ll Do
  • Lead and motivate a skilled team of technicians
  • Diagnose and repair all makes and models (brakes, suspension, engine, A/C, diagnostics & more)
  • Keep jobs running smoothly and customers smiling
Set the standard for quality, speed, and professionalism

⚙️ What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of hands-on automotive experience
  • Proven leadership & diagnostic skills
  • ASE certifications a plus 
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Valid driver’s license required
