What You’ll Do

Own the results.

Lead every aspect of store performance — daily operations, workflow, profitability, and consistently hitting (or exceeding) sales targets.


Drive aggressive growth.

Motivate and coach your team to maximize every opportunity — tire sales, maintenance, and repair. You set the tempo, and the team follows your lead.


Build and develop top talent.

Recruit, train, and mentor high-performing technicians and service advisors who deliver excellence every time.


Enforce organization and accountability.

Run your shop with structure, discipline, and efficiency. You create a culture where expectations are clear and results matter.


Deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Champion honesty, precision, and speed to earn trust and long-term loyalty.


Manage KPIs with intention.

Monitor margins, productivity, labor efficiency, ARO, car count, and customer satisfaction — and act quickly when something needs attention.



Who You Are


  • A proven sales-focused leader with 3+ years of management experience in automotive service or retail.

  • Highly organized, disciplined, and driven by measurable results.

  • Confident and assertive — comfortable leading from the front and building teams that perform.

  • Skilled at selling, coaching, problem-solving, and communicating clearly.

  • Holds yourself and others accountable for execution, presentation, and consistent follow-through.

  • Valid driver’s license required.
