What You’ll Do


Own the counter.

Lead sales in tires, maintenance, and repair with confidence, product knowledge, and honesty.


Lead from the front.

Coach and motivate service advisors and technicians to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals.


Set the standard.

Deliver 5-star customer experiences through transparency, communication, and trust.


Develop your team.

Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and consistent improvement.


Run your shop like an owner.

Oversee workflow, quality control, profitability, and shop presentation with precision and pride.


Monitor what matters.

Track KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and make fast, effective decisions to keep performance on target.



What You Bring


  • 2+ years of proven success in automotive service, retail, or store management

  • A strong track record of sales leadership — creating opportunities, not waiting for them

  • Excellent communication and people skills

  • General automotive understanding and a commitment to customer satisfaction

  • A valid driver’s license and the ability to manage a fast-paced environment
