What You’ll Do
As an Automotive Service Manager, you are the leader of the business—responsible for performance, people, and customer experience.
You will:

Own the customer experience — consult, educate, and build trust while delivering solutions that meet customer needs

Drive sales and profitability by presenting clear, value-based recommendations and pricing

Lead from the front — coach, train, and motivate technicians and advisors to hit daily, weekly, and monthly goals

Oversee full vehicle inspections and build comprehensive repair plans using digital repair orders

Manage workflow and productivity to maximize bay efficiency and cycle time

Develop your team through hands-on leadership, accountability, and performance feedback

Maintain operational excellence — inventory control, shop organization, safety, and cleanliness

Run the store like it’s your own — results matter, and so does how you get them
You may supervise up to 10 team members and will play a key role in developing future leaders within the organization.
What We’re Looking For
This role is for leaders, not order-takers.
You should bring:

2+ years of experience as a Service Manager, Store Manager, or similar leadership role
- Strong automotive knowledge (tires, maintenance, mechanical repair fundamentals)
- A sales-driven mindset with the ability to confidently present and close recommendations
- Proven leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and customer-facing professionalism
- High accountability, urgency, and pride in performance
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule (including weekends and occasional evenings)
- Valid driver’s license

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
