Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years of retail store manager experience
Automotive Service Writing Experience
Excellent customer service disposition
Great communication skills
Ability to lead and motivate teammates
Team building skills
Ability to follow directions & process
Ability to use computers and software
Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays
Valid driver’s license

Performance Based Pay

Salary Plus Bonus
