About the Role:
Midas BRATCHER in Orland Park, IL is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team! This is your opportunity to be the vital link between our customers and our skilled technicians, delivering an exceptional auto service experience every visit. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, listen to vehicle concerns, and accurately document service needs
- Provide repair recommendations, cost estimates, and obtain customer approvals
- Communicate vehicle status updates to customers throughout the service process
- Coordinate workflow between customers and automotive technicians
- Upsell additional services and maintenance based on vehicle inspections and manufacturer guidelines
- Process invoices, handle payments, and maintain accurate service records
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve any service-related concerns
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a customer-facing auto service role preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, repairs, and maintenance services
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume shop environment
- Proficiency with auto service software and point-of-sale systems
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- A positive, professional attitude with a commitment to outstanding customer service

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
