About the Role:
Midas Vineland is looking for a skilled and passionate Automotive Master Technician to join our team in Vineland, NJ! Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide variety of vehicle makes and models
- Execute complex engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and drivetrain repairs
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and provide accurate repair recommendations
- Utilize diagnostic scan tools and equipment to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues
- Mentor and support junior technicians and service staff
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with safety standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Requirements:
- ASE Master Technician certification strongly preferred
- 5+ years of hands-on automotive repair and diagnostic experience
- Proficiency with computerized diagnostic tools and shop equipment
- Strong knowledge of brakes, exhaust, tires, alignments, and general auto repair
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume shop environment
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a team-first attitude
