Automotive Service Advisor

What You'll Do

You'll be the primary point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service. Your role combines excellent customer service with consultative sales—listening to customer concerns, performing multi-point inspections, identifying service needs, and presenting recommendations in a way that builds trust and drives revenue. You'll manage the entire service process from write-up through completion, ensuring customer satisfaction while maximizing shop productivity and sales.

What We're Looking For

We need someone with proven sales ability who knows how to turn conversations into commitments. You should be comfortable presenting service recommendations, overcoming objections, and closing the sale without being pushy. Strong communication skills are essential—you'll need to explain technical repairs in terms customers understand and appreciate.

Compensation

This is a pay-for-performance position with uncapped earning potential. Compensation includes base pay plus commissions on labor sales, parts sales, and service contract sales. Top performers in our shop earn $65,000-$85,000+ annually. Your income is directly tied to your performance—the harder you work and the better you sell, the more you earn.
