As the primary point of contact for every customer, you’ll own the service experience from first handshake to final delivery. Your day-to-day includes:
▪ Greet customers, listen carefully to their concerns, and perform thorough vehicle walk-arounds
▪ Write accurate, detailed repair orders and communicate clearly with technicians throughout the process
▪ Present service recommendations in a way that educates customers and builds confidence—not pressure
▪ Provide timely updates, manage expectations, and handle any concerns before they become complaints
▪ Maximize shop productivity by coordinating workflow between the service lane and the bays
▪ Follow up after vehicle delivery to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat visits
▪ Consistently meet or exceed individual sales and CSI goals
What we are looking for:
▪ A natural ability to connect with people and make them feel heard and taken care of
▪ Proven sales or customer-facing experience in any industry (automotive experience a plus, not required)
▪ Strong verbal communication skills—you can explain a complicated repair simply and confidently
▪ The ability to stay calm, organized, and focused when the drive is full and the phones are ringing
▪ A competitive, self-motivated mindset with a genuine desire to grow your income
▪ Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
▪ Basic automotive knowledge, or the eagerness and aptitude to learn quickly on the job
