Service Advisor / Assistant Manager/Store Manager (3+ Years REQUIRED)
Established, high-volume automotive repair shop seeking an experienced Service Advisor / Assistant Manager / Store Manager who knows how to build trust, manage workflow, and produce consistent sales.
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone confident in their automotive knowledge and comfortable earning based on performance.

Compensation:
- Hourly base pay + commission
- Expected annual income: $60,000 – $95,000+

What You'll Do:
- Greet customers and conduct vehicle walk-arounds
- Communicate with technicians to build accurate repair plans
- Present service recommendations clearly and confidently
- Manage shop workflow and technician scheduling
- Track repair progress and ensure excellent customer experience
- Handle payments, scheduling, and follow-up
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 3+ years automotive industry experience (REQUIRED)
- Strong knowledge of repairs, parts, and service procedures
- Proven ability to sell service ethically and consistently
- Ability to explain complex repairs in simple, confident terms
- Organized, self-motivated, and performance-driven

Compensation: $700.00 - $700.00 per week
