About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you are the face of Midas. You’ll guide customers through the service process, ensuring each visit is smooth, professional, and positive. Working closely with technicians, you’ll coordinate repairs and communicate clearly to deliver top-quality automotive care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and professionally

  • Needs Assessment: Listen to concerns, inspect vehicles, and recommend services

  • Service Estimates: Prepare detailed, easy-to-understand repair estimates

  • Collaboration: Communicate effectively with technicians for accurate, timely repairs

  • Customer Updates: Provide clear updates on vehicle status and timelines

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate service and customer records

  • Front Office Management: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and inviting

  • Customer Service Excellence: Ensure every customer leaves satisfied and confident in our work

What We’re Looking For

We seek a motivated Service Advisor with strong people skills, attention to detail, and a passion for customer service. Automotive experience is helpful, but we’re willing to train the right candidate.

  • Experience: Prior Service Advisor or customer service experience preferred

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to explain services clearly

  • Organization: Ability to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced shop

  • Automotive Knowledge: Basic understanding preferred, but training provided

  • Software Skills: Familiarity with scheduling or POS systems is a plus

  • Positive Attitude: Professional, customer-first mindset
