About the Role:
Join Midas - CTMID as a Service Advisor in Springfield, VA, where you'll be the vital link between our customers and their vehicle service needs. This exciting role offers a chance to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless experience for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assess their service needs with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs to customers, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Prepare and present accurate service estimates and invoices to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area to enhance customer experience.
- Stay updated on automotive technology and service trends to provide informed recommendations.
- Utilize point-of-sale systems to manage transactions and customer records efficiently.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; automotive experience is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or automotive service advising preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster customer relationships.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using computer systems and point-of-sale software.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
